A new School of Public Health to serve the unique population of San Antonio and South Texas 

The School of Public Health is connected to the research, academic and health care hub supporting its vital academic instruction and its focus of research activities directed toward community health problems. Its strategic location is advantageous in growing and maintaining relationships with all entities interested in public health. The School of Public Health is easily accessible as it is located near major highways including I-10, Loop 410 and is approximately a 15-minute drive to downtown.

The 63,778 square-foot Research Administrative Building (RAB), located on the Greehey Campus of UT Health San Antonio, offers upgraded space that can easily flex to the growing and changing needs of this new school. The building’s unique design, accentuated by the new renovations made throughout the building, can be customized for an ideal environment to train scientists, researchers and students who are dedicated to promoting and protecting the health of people and their communities. The multi-use, open floor plan that includes classrooms, lounge/open seating areas, faculty offices, conference rooms, study and research rooms can be adjusted as desired to maximize a collaborative culture and also meet the multidisciplinary needs of academic, research-intensive, and community-centric programming.
